it is. dylan only sung it once at a concert or special. it’s called “in my mind” i saw an interview with him talking about it. he put it in sheet music form so “other artists can sing it if they want to.” he said he had no intentions of releasing it, and wasn’t sure if he’d even put it on cd.
Thanks Drax. The first time I saw this was the day before the last day of School Junior year of high school. Only day I cut class in 4 years of High School was the next day because I stayed up until 2:00 AM to watch a replay, overslept and missed the bus.
Well the priest on the rollercoaster opens his eyes
As a tambourine spins across the skies
Where the Titanic starts to rise
So the mermaid orders a chili size
And John the Baptist tries to harmonize
With a 4-year-old, hunchback, sword-swallower with 13 eyes…
…in my mind, yeah.
Brilliant. Imitating/making fun of both Dylan’s voice and vocal stylings. I love it.
I remember this from the late eighties. I taped it on VHS and watched it a few times, before my wife taped over about half of it. It’s so great to see it on here. This segment is the best part. The Dylan segment is so funny as is the bar-b-que song.
OMG - you dont know how long I’ve been looking for this! I’ve seen this on TV ages ago and loved it!!!! the bbq song has always stuck in my mind…awesome thx!!!
I am SO glad you guys put this on here! I LOVED this guy! Then I saw that he is one of the producer/creators of “SpongeBob Squarepants” and now I want this on DVD!!!! I used to have it on VHS but the tapes are so old I can’t play them anymore!
I remember my dad had this recorded from an old tape and he showed this to me when I was a little guy and man he’s the most funniest dude in the world and I got all the jokes thanks to my dad raising me up on music!!
